I called BSSL after the alarm and the keypad stopped working.
I was told someone would be round within the hour.
30 minutes later Ross arrived and had the alarm fully working and tested in less than an hour. Already agreed to have the alarm serviced by BSSL in 12 months and can highly recommend.
