We were recommended to use Burgess for our new house alarm system by our neighbour who had been very happy with their service for many years.
Our initial telephone call to the office was answered by Julie who was very pleasant and helpful and we arranged that Ross would visit our house to look at what we required. Ross was very professional and we felt confident with his advice and happy to go ahead with the installation.
Tom, the Burgess engineer, installed the system on the 8th February. What a lovely young man! He was polite, friendly, helpful, professional and left everywhere clean and tidy.
The alarm system works well and is easy to use. Thank you everyone at Burgess – from start to installation you were excellent and I would recommend you every time.
